Time for the nightly update\u2026<\/p>\n
Last time I mentioned that I was re-mastering one of Jack\u2019s 54mm figures; well, I\u2019m not quite done yet, but we\u2019ve posted a photo of a casting from the production mold (as used by Scruby Miniatures). The model pictured has been cleaned up considerably, as it was cast from a mold that is worn out. The newly re-mastered figure will go into a new mold and the castings will be crisp and clean.<\/p>\n
So, the figure I\u2019m working on is none other than King Kamehameha! I bet you saw that one coming from a mile away, or maybe not\u2026<\/p>\n
In any event we will still give away castings to the first two (2) people to send me an email message requesting a figure \u2013 send your message to my email account: mike@historifigs.com<\/p>\n
I just finished inking the subject of the picture for tomorrow\u2019s update. I\u2019m also seeing what type of historical background I can write up to go with the picture. So, look for another update tomorrow night.<\/p>\n
